Penza, 2 April 2013. PenzaNews. JSC “Vimpel-Communications” and an officer – an employee of the Penza branch of JSC “VimpelCom” (TM “Beeline”) were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the total amount of 18 thousand 800 rubles.

“These persons were found guilty of administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 13.4 of Russian Administrative Code “Violating the rules on designing, constructing, installing, registering or operating radio electronic and (or) high frequency devices,” reported the press service of the regional department of Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Rospotrebnadzor).

The service clarified that the cases of administrative offenses were filed after Rospotrebnadzor found violations of Part 1, Art. 24 of the Federal Law “On Telecommunications,” which has resulted in the use of the radio spectrum without permission.
