Penza, 2 April 2013. PenzaNews. The jury rendered a guilty verdict against 23-year-old resident of Zemetchino village, the Penza region, accused of raping 14-year-old girl.

As the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia told news agency “PenzaNews,” the court entered judgment on the basis of the jury’s verdict, however the date of its announcement is still unknown.

“According to investigators, the crime was committed on 16 September 2012. The accused was visiting his friend, and when the latter went out to smoke, raped his teenage sister,” the press service explained.
