Ministry of Internal Affairs: Veterinarian who hit pedestrian in Russky Kameshkir village was drunk

Penza, 3 April 2013. PenzaNews. According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the veterinarian, who hit a 23-year-old resident of village Russky Kameshkirm, the Penza region, drove his car VAZ-2107 in a state of intoxication.

The ministry clarified that the accident took place in Russky Kameshkir on Tuesday night, April 2.

“The woman was hit outside the crosswalk. As a result, the victim was hospitalized with an open fracture of the right leg,” the press service added.

The accident is currently under investigation.
