Penza, 6 May 2013. PenzaNews. About twenty cars were damaged as a result of a car collision of Honda with metal fence of a parking lot in Ladozhskaya St in Penza.

As the witnesses of the accident told news agency “PenzaNews,” the owner of Honda was driving at night along a bypass road over the speed limit, and lost control of the vehicle when performing a sharp turn, as a result he smashed several flower beds, then crashed the metal fence, and only then managed to stop.

The witnesses of the accident state that the car speedometer showed 180 km/h at the time of collision.

“It is quite possible given that in the morning we found flower bed brick fragments about 30-40 meters away from the place where he crashed. Many cars in the parking lot were scratched and seriously damaged. The two cars standing by the fence, one of which was almost new, suffered most of all,” said one of the drivers who use the parking lot.

According to the preliminary information available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the driver of Honda was hospitalized after the collision, and his vehicle was towed from the accident scene.

The circumstances of the accident are investigated by the traffic police.
