Penza, 15 May 2013. PenzaNews. Biscuit production line of public corporation “Penza bakery No. 2,” which is a part of agricultural holding “Stoylenskaya Niva,” was put on hold by the decision of the court for 30 days.

“During the inspection held by the regional Service for Customer Supervision of Russia, the equipment, walls and ceiling in the area of biscuit production line were found not to comply with the sanitary and technical requirements,” the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs Kseniya Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that the bailiffs enforced the court decision on temporary shutdown of the biscuit production line.

“In the case the line is opened before the end of the administrative shutdown, the offender will be penalized. In addition, the legislation provides for criminal responsibility,” the agency interlocutor explained.
