Penza, 15 May 2013. PenzaNews. The police are investigating the accident, which occurred in Clara Zetkin St in Penza in the result of which a scooter driver was injured.

“On Tuesday evening, May 14, a man, born 1965, driving VAZ-21043 car due to some unestablished reasons hit a scooter driver – a young man, born 1993, who received a head injury, concussion, bruises on both knees and right shoulder,” said the group of propaganda of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region.

The traffic police added that the circumstances of the accident are investigated.
