“According to the information available, a man, born 1983, driving Nissan Primera hit the teenager on Tuesday, May 21. As a result, the girl received injuries, and abrasions of iliac region,” the group of propaganda of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The traffic police added that at present, the accident is under investigation.

“We are establishing the circumstances of the accident, as well as the degree of guilt of both sides,” the department explained.
