Penza, 24 May 2013. PenzaNews. A sentence of 360 hours of compulsory work was assigned to a resident of the Penza region who was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1, Art. 134 of the Criminal Code “Sexual intercourse with person under sixteen years old.”

“A married man, born 1991, having two young children, got acquainted with a 15-year-old girl living in the same area of the Penza region through social network “Odnoklassniki.” When they met, the man offered the girl to enter in an intimate relationship, to which she said yes,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

According to her, the convict knew that the girl has not reached the age of sixteen, because he saw her passport.

“As a result the girl was infected with a sexually transmitted disease,” the agency interlocutor pointed out.

She added that the convict admitted his guilt fully and repented of his deed.

“The decision of the court has not entered into force yet and can be appealed within the statutory period,” Yuliya Makarova summarized.
