Penza, 17 June 2013. PenzaNews. A criminal investigation on the case of bribery in one of the colleges was filed in Penza.

According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, a teacher was arrested by the police officers after receiving one thousand rubles from a student for letting him pass the test without actually taking it.

“According to the information available, following this scheme the woman received the same amount of money, or more, from four other students,” the department explained.
