Moscow, 19 June 2013. PenzaNews. Police officers arrested 53-year-old native of Penza who was trying to obtain a loan in one of Moscow banks in the amount of 800 thousand rubles using false documents issued to a fake name.

“A criminal case was filed on this fact under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code “Fraud.” The man has been released on own recognizance,” the press officer of the department of Internal Affairs of the Central Administrative District of the Ministry of Internal affairs of Russia in Moscow Elena Selyutina told news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, June 19.

She noted that the circumstances of the crime are currently under investigation.
