Penza, 3 July 2013. PenzaNews. 12-year-old boy drowned in a pond in village Titovo, Pachelmsky area, the Penza region.

According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tragedy occurred on Tuesday evening, July 2.

“There were people on the shore at the moment of the incident, but, unfortunately, they could not help the boy,” the press service of the department told news agency “PenzaNews.”
