Penza, 10 July 2013. PenzaNews. The fourth case of a child falling out of the window of an apartment while parents were not around was registered in Penza since the beginning of summer. According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on Tuesday evening, July 9, a boy, born 2008, who fell out of the window of an apartment on the second floor, was delivered to the intensive care department of the regional children’s clinical hospital named after N. Filatov.

“The child is diagnosed catatrauma, closed abdominal injury, closed head injury, brain injury and contusion of the left eye,” the agency interlocutor commented.

The department added that the case is investigated.

“The child’s family received positive characteristics,” the press service noted.
