The military commissar of the Penza region Anatoly Sinelnikov tried to organize the delivery of the draftee to the continent to provide qualified health care, but his efforts were unsuccessful, the soldier died on July 7.

According to Anatoly Sinelnikov, Artem Nagachin could be dismissed from the obligatory service because he was raised by a single mother, and his grandfather had a disability of group I, but he made a decision to join the military forces.

The farewell ceremony will be held in the central ritual hall of Zarechny on Tuesday, July 16.
