Six illegal gambling clubs closed in Penza

Penza, 16 July 2013. PenzaNews. Penza police closed six illegal gambling clubs.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Penza region, the police received information that in several districts of Penza there operated illegal gambling clubs.

“During investigative and operational activities, they confiscated over 100 pieces of gambling equipment, draft notes, as well as the money and other equipment. The people who were detained in the gambling hall said that they came there for the first time,” the press service noted.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also added that the confiscated equipment was included in the criminal case and after proper examination will be presented as physical evidence of illegal activities of the holders of the institutions.
