As the Senior Assistant of the Head of Investigative Department of Investigative Committee in Penza, Media relations division Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews,” a 25-year-old man, who was found able-bodied for military service, repeatedly failed to appear in the military commissariat department in the absence of legal grounds.

“And that is despite the fact that he received military notifications in person,” the agency interlocutor said.

According to her, the young man was sentenced to pay a fine of 15 thousand rubles.
