Penza, 23 July 2013. PenzaNews. The police arrested two traffic police inspectors of the Penza region when the latter received a bribe from the offender of the rules of the road.

“It is established that the traffic police inspectors received 10 thousand rubles from the offender of the rules of the road — violation of rules of transportation of oversized and heavy cargo,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that the internal investigation has been instituted, based on the results of which the inspectors will be dismissed from their positions, and their supervisors will be subjected to strict disciplinary punishment.
