Penza, 24 July 2013. PenzaNews. The bodies of two local residents were found in the waters of the Penza region within one day on July 23.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region, one of the tragedies occurred in Kolyshleysky area — a disabled of group II, born 1960, was found dead with no visible signs of a violent death.

“On the same day at 15.40, the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Mokshan area received a report about a dead man’s body found in the river Azyas. The man was around 1961 year of birth and obviously abused alcohol,” the ministry added.
