Penza, 15 August 2013. PenzaNews. A resident of Penza, born in 1994, who was put on a federal wanted list as missing, was found in the city of Baksan in Kabardino-Balkaria.

“It is still unknown how the girl got there. It is also difficult to say whether she is mentally healthy. The girl had no documents or any other things with her. According to her, she is from Penza. This information was checked and confirmed,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry clarified that the initiator of the search – Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Penza – will be notified accordingly.
