Penza, 20 August 2013. PenzaNews. 25 foreign citizens without identity documents were detained on the territory of Bakuninsky market in Uritskogo St in Penza during preventive measures carried out by the police and the Federal Migration Service of Russia.

“We also registered 6 cases of violation of immigration law — in four cases the regulations of stay on the territory of Russia were violated, and in two other case — the restrictions for foreigners in engaging in certain activities,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that during verification they confiscated a batch of counterfeit sports shoes.

“An administrative action was instituted against the entrepreneur based on the case of illegal use of trademark,” the press service explained.

The ministry noted that such events are regular and will continue in the future.
