Zarechny, 23 August 2013. PenzaNews. The police are attempting to identify the unknown persons who desecrated the Victory Obelisk in Zarechny, the Penza region.

According to preliminary reports, the incident occurred on Friday night, August 23.

A drawing of the male sexual organ and an obscene gesture appeared on the monument located near the administration of Zarechny.

Inter-municipal police department are investigating the incident, the broadcasting company “Zarechny” reported.
