Penza, 5 September 2013. PenzaNews. The penalty of a fine of 100 thousand rubles with the deprivation of the right to engage in teaching activities for a period of three years was assigned to a teacher of Penza versatile college who was found guilty of bribe-taking.

“It was established that on May 14, 2013, the teacher personally received a bribe of one thousand rubles from a student for a satisfactory mark without actually testing the student. In addition, the woman received bribes from four other students in the amount of one thousand rubles each in the period from May 14 to 24,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She noted that the decision has not come into force yet.
