Penza, 19 September 2013. PenzaNews. Large alcohol batch was seized from illegal turnaround when imported to Penza.

“The traffic police officers stopped Gazelle driven by a resident of village Chemodanovka, who could not provide any documents for the cargo — boxes of vodka. The officers of the department of economic security and anti-corruption found that the batch was in illegal turnaround. As a result, the officers seized 196 boxes of vodka, 20 bottles per box. Samples were sent for analysis to the criminal center,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region commented.

The ministry added that currently they are investigating the details — searching for the owner of cargo, delivery channels of illegal alcohol in the region, as well as the market.
