Penza, 24 September 2013. PenzaNews. The driver of the truck, the weight of which exceeded the allowed weight per one ton, was detained in Mokshansky area, the Penza region in an attempt to give a bribe in the amount of one thousand rubles to a traffic police inspector for not making a record of an administrative offense.

“The police inspector immediately informed his supervisor about the actions of the driver from the Rostov region,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The ministry added that the circumstances of the incident are investigated, procedural decision will be made upon the results.
