STSI inspector caught on bribe in Penza gets 400 thousand rubles fine

Penza, 1 October 2013. PenzaNews. The former inspector of the Road Patrol service functional battalion was fined 400 thousand rubles after he received 10 thousand rubles bribe from a citizen while performing his duties in one of Penza streets.

“It has been established that the money was given to the STSI inspector by the automotive crane driver, who did not have driving license, allowing him to drive the transport vehicle,” the press service of Investigation Committee of Russia told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The inspector was arrested immediately after accepting the bribe.
