Penza, 3 October 2013. PenzaNews. The 25-year old individual entrepreneur, selling DVDs in the market on Bakunin Street in Penza, is suspected of copyright and neighboring rights violations.

“It was established that the man, for instance, sold the disc with pirate software for project modelling, which inflicted 688 thousand rubles damage on the copyright holder,” the press service of the regional office of the Internal Affairs Ministry told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The office added that the case is being checked and the proceeding decision will be made following the check results.
