Kuznetsk, 14 October 2013. PenzaNews. Three illegal gambling venues were closed in Kuznetsk, the Penza region, as a result of the operation conducted by the police in different town districts all at once.

“The gambling clubs were functioning under strict conspiracy. They were situated in the premises of a cafe where regular people could go,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told news agency “PenzaNews.”

It was also noted that people could gamble only in special rooms, where one could get in only having an invitation from the organizers.

“There were found and confiscated 20 slot machines in the course of the operation. At the moment a number of measures is being taken to establish identities of the organizers of the illegal business,” the press service reported.
