Two trucks with gambling equipment stopped in Penza on way from Bishkek to Moscow

Penza, 16 October 2013. PenzaNews. Penza police prevented an attempt to transport gambling equipment from Bishkek to Moscow.
“Commercial vehicles with license plate numbers of Kyrgyzstan were stopped on the federal highway M5 “Ural” in Penza. When checking the documents, it was revealed that the trucks were carrying parts of equipment used for gambling. 378 bodies of used slot machines,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”
The department added that the final destination was to be announced to the drivers upon their arrival in Moscow.
“The officers of the department of economic security and anti-corruption found that if the slot machines are fully equipped with electronic board, they can be used for gambling,” the press service pointed out.
