Penza, 18 October 2013. PenzaNews. The former head of the polyclinic of the Narovchatsky regional central hospital in the Penza region, found guilty in forgery, will pay 20 thousand rubles fine.

“It was established that in August 2013 the woman, being the Chairman of the Medical Committee, issued a fake medical examination certificate to her familiar, who used it later to get a driving license. With that she knew that the man was a school driver and he had vision problems,” the Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of Investigative Committee in Penza, Media relations division, Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She remarked that in the course of the investigation it was established that the man is not eligible to drive vehicles of D category and transport passengers for health reasons.
