Penza, 28 October 2013. PenzaNews. 24-year-old Penza resident is suspected of extortion money from a pupil.

“According to preliminary information, the young man found out from his acquainted that the teenager always had considerable sum of money with him. After that, the suspect and his friend met the upper-form pupil in the street and under the threat of violence demanded to pay them money. According to available information, within one year the pupil gave the law-breakers 20 thousand rubles,” the press service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department added that the pupil’s father came to the police office for help.

“The criminal case was initiated upon extortion. Measures are being taken to locate and arrest the accomplice in crime,” the press service said.
