Penza, 31 October 2013. PenzaNews. The bodies of three men with signs of violent death were found in one of the buildings located in the center of Penza on Thursday, October 31.

As the press service of the regional department of the Interior Ministry told news agency “PenzaNews,” the alarm signal was received at 10.33.

“Currently, police officers are working at the scene. They carry out a complex of measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved in the commission of a crime with a view to their arrest,” the department said.
