Penza, 6 November 2013. PenzaNews. The police is seeking the driver of the unidentified car of a dark color, the registration number of which includes, presumably, 888. He hit an 11-year-old pupil near the sports and entertainment complex “Diesel-Arena” in Penza 20 minutes before the beginning of the game of the Supreme Hockey League Regular Championship between the “Diesel” team and the Tver Hockey Club on Tuesday evening, November 5.

The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told news agency PenzaNews that the boy was hospitalized with a brain injury and concussion.

“All necessary measures are being taken to identify the driver and arrest him,” the Ministry said.
