Penza, 11 November 2013. PenzaNews. Natalia Lavrentieva, having lost the status of an individual entrepreneur in May 2013, continues to illegally build a three-storey shopping center with an address at 108, Ternovsky Street, Penza. The senior assistant attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova said it to news agency “PenzaNews.”

“In the course of the inspection it was established that the construction of the shopping center on the land is conducted without permission. The decision of the arbitration court brought Natalia Lavrentieva to administrative responsibility in the form of suspension of construction of the building for the period of 60 days. Disagreeing with the decision, the entrepreneur appealed against it, but the court of appeal left the decision unchanged. The administrative suspension of the construction expired on August 13,” the agency interlocutor said.

According to her, Natalia Lavrentieva continued the illegal construction in the site, after that the prosecutor of the Pervomaysky area seized to court.

“The court fully satisfied the demands to ban the illegal construction. The enforcement proceedings to ban the shopping center construction were initiated against the entrepreneur, but Natalia Lavrentieva unduly follows the requirements. In this respect she was brought to administrative responsibility upon Part 1 Art. 17.15 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation, and then repeatedly upon Part 2 of the same Article,” Yuliya Makarova added.
