Penza, 14 November 2013. PenzaNews. Law enforcement officers of the Penza region continue searching for a 16-year-old resident of Kamenka Vyacheslav Glukhov who left home in the evening on October 2 and has not returned yet.

“The young man is 167 centimeter tall, quite thin with fair wavy hair and brown eyes. He was dressed in a sports jacket with a black striped hood, black pants and black sneakers,” the Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of Investigative Committee in Penza, Media relations division, Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews.”

“All those who have any information concerning the whereabouts of this person, please report to the police by phone 02,” Lyudmila Fomina added.
