Penza, 25 November 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to identify the perpetrators of mass poisoning of students of the financial-economic lyceum No. 29.

“City and regional structures supervising the issues do not work effectively. It has been a week since the incident happened but I do not see any results,” the head of the region said during the daily meeting in the government of the Penza region on Monday, November 25.

“It is necessary to identify the guilty and bring them to justice,” the press service of the regional government quotes Vasily Bochkarev.
