“When he was in the room of administrative law, he suddenly felt bad. Police officers immediately gave first aid to the man and called an ambulance, but despite the efforts made, the man died,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department said that, according to medical opinion, the cause of death was abusive drinking behavior, which led to a cardiac arrest resulting from hangover.
