Penza, 9 December 2013. PenzaNews. The emergency team arrived at the scene of crash of a minibus and a truck in the Issinsky area of the Penza region, in which three people died and six were injured, about 40 minutes after the accident had happened. This was reported by news agency “Versiya-Saratov” referring to the witness of the accident.

According to him, officers of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations were the first to arrive at the scene, and then police officers arrived.

He explained that first, the minibus where students of Saratov State Technical University were sitting lost traction on a slippery road and hit a bump stop, then it was thrown into the oncoming traffic lane the truck was moving on.
