Penza, 19 December 2013. PenzaNews. A gypsy looking woman was detained by the police on suspicion of theft of a can of red caviar and steaks of trout, salmon and cod totaling more than 2 thousand rubles from a shopping center, located in Karpinskogo Street in Penza.

“The suspect was taken to the police department for further proceedings. The stolen was confiscated,” the referent of the department of extra-departmental security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Lyubov Pashkova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that the theft is now being inspected.

“Following the results of the inspection, the proceeding decision will be taken,” the agency interlocutor added.
