“The criminal case was initiated upon the crime under Part 1, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder,” the Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, Media relations, Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that the identity of the victim has not been determined yet.

“The description of the man: he is 40 years of age, 180 cm tall, of medium body structure, with dark hair, reddish beard and bald patch in the parietal region of the head.
