18 drunk drivers arrested in Penza region per night

Penza, 3 January 2014. PenzaNews. Eighteen drivers were detained in the Penza region over the past day for driving while intoxicated.

“There were registered 615 traffic violations, 32 of them were committed by pedestrians,” the propaganda department of the office of Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region told news agency PenzaNews on Friday, January 3.

Traffic police stressed that there were no accidents in which people were killed or injured during this period in the Penza region.
