Penza, 15 January 2014. PenzaNews. Officers of the regional department of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation eliminated four drug stashes within 24 hours in the micro district Arbekovo in Penza.

“They were in areas near residential houses, on lawns and even playgrounds,” Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation Elena Samorukova told news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, January 15.

According to her, spice was presumably kept in the stashes.

“The suspicious substance was seized and sent to expert analysis, following the results of which the decision will be made to destroy it,” the agency interlocutor said.

Elena Samorukova added that currently measures are being taken to identify persons who organized the stashes.
