Penza, 16 January 2014. PenzaNews. The details of the conflict which led to the dismissal of the deputy head of Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region Alexander Isaykin came to light. According to witnesses, the incident happened on the first day of 2014 in the café “U Rachika,” located in the village Shemysheyka, where the lieutenant-colonel of police rested with a friend from about 16.00.

At about 22.00, women sitting at the next table asked the DJ to put music to dance, however, the deputy head of Regional Directorate for Road Traffic Safety did not support the idea wishing to sing a karaoke song.

Realizing that his words were ignored Alexander Isaykin started insulting and threatening people around referring to his post. Along with that, he allegedly tried to use force against one of the women. A visitor of the café tried to defend her, after that the brawl started, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported.

Earlier, commenting on the dismissal of the deputy head of Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region, the press service of the Ministry noted that the ground of the decision was misbehavior discrediting the officer of the internal affairs bodies.

“Having clear signs of alcohol intoxication, he provoked a conflict in which a citizen got injured. When the police arrived in the scene, the deputy head of Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety continued his illegal actions, he was aggressive and used foul language, and then without waiting for the end of the proceeding he headed to an unknown destination,” the press service of Main Directorate for Road Traffic Safety of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said.
