Moreover, the father regularly cuffed the child and beat her with a homemade fly-flap,” the senior assistant attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She remarked that the prosecution was initiated by the mother of the girl.

“The verdict is not yet in force and may be appealed within the prescribed time limit,” the agency interlocutor said.
