Penza, 30 January 2014. PenzaNews. Over four kilograms of synthetic drugs were confiscated from illegal turnover during preventive operation “Club 2014” organized by the Russian Federal Drug Control Service in the Penza region.

“As a result of inspection of entertainment establishments, 17 people having signs of consumption of narcotic substances were detained, 5 people were brought to administrative liability, 10 criminal cases were instituted,” the Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation Elena Samorukova on Thursday, January 30.

She clarified that the operation was held for five days.

“Such operations, as well as raids aimed at preventing the involvement of the youth and adolescents in drug use and crimes will continue to be carried out,” the agency interlocutor said.
