Penza, 13 February 2014. PenzaNews. A 55-year-old resident of Penza is accused of murdering his 32-year-old son, whose body was found in an apartment in Suvorova Street on December 1, 2013.

“According to the investigators, that day both men drank alcoholic beverages, then the father went to bed, and his son went to the friends continued drinking. After his return, the relatives had a quarrel during which the father grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed his son at least three times on the chest,” the Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of Investigative Committee in Penza, Media relations division, Lyudmila Fomina told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She specified that the victim died from the injuries at the scene.

“According to the defendant, his son did not work, abused alcohol which caused aggressive behavior, he insulted and beat his parents,” the agency interlocutor said.

Lyudmila Fomina added that the criminal case was sent to court.
