Penza, 20 February 2014. PenzaNews. Criminal case under Part 1, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft” was brought against a resident of the Penza region, who stole 500 copies of the latest edition of newspaper “Vadinskie vesti” right from the editorial office on January 29, 2014.

The man managed to escape from the scene, but was later found by the law enforcement officers.

“According to the resident, he needed that many newspapers to use them in the repair of the house. The total value of the stolen amounted to about 5,600 rubles,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”
