Penza, 4 March 2014. PenzaNews. A 32-year-old native of Azerbaijan was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of strict regime for distribution of heroin on the territory of Penza.

For the first time, the man came in view of law enforcement agencies in 2013.

“The drug dealer was placed under surveillance during which the police officers managed to document three facts of drug sale. In total, the officers seized 20 grams of heroin during the operation aimed at suppression of his illegal activity,” the Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation Elena Samorukova told news agency “PenzaNews.”
