Penza, 19 March 2014. PenzaNews. According to the press service of the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, a girl, born 2006, died in an incident near house No. 12 in Tukhachevskogo Street in Penza on Wednesday, March 19.

“According to preliminary data, when moving two wheels of a truck's trailer got disconnected. They fatally injured a girl who was with her mother on the sidewalk,” the department told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Currently, police are working at the scene.

The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
