Penza, 20 March 2014. PenzaNews. Two 40-year-old men, one of whom is unemployed and the second — an ambulance driver, were arrested in Penza on suspicion of drug trafficking.

“It has been established that these citizens ordered reagent over the Internet for independent manufacturing of narcotic drug “speed,” and after payment, they went to pick up the package from the cache. They were detained by the officers of drug control service after visiting the cache. They had discovered the reagent, and during the car inspection, they found a gripper package with the drug itself,” the Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation Elena Samorukova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that a criminal case under Art . 228 of the Criminal Code has been instituted.

“The suspects could face up to eight years in imprisonment,” the agency interlocutor added.
