15 million rubles worth of drugs accidentally found in snowdrift by Penza resident

Penza, 28 March 2014. PenzaNews. Package with designer drugs, electronic scales and gripper packets for banned substances were found by a resident of Oktyabrsky district of Penza in the snow by his garage.
He immediately reported about his discovery to the office on duty of the regional department of Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation.
“According to operational information, the drugs were planned to be distributed in the Penza region. Experts estimated that the batch could be sold at 15 million rubles,” the Chief Expert of Information and Public Relations Group of Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation Elena Samorukova told news agency PenzaNews on Friday, March 28.
She added that currently the investigation is working to identify people involved in the crime.
