Penza, 1 April 2014. PenzaNews. A criminal case under part 1, Art. 173.1 of the Criminal Code “Illegal creation (reorganization) of legal entity” in Pervomaysky district of Penza.

“During the initial investigation, it was found that a citizen, born 1980, who was unemployed and had been previously held criminally liable, established a limited liability company. In October 2013, the man presented to the Federal Tax Service falsified documents in order to establish a legal entity by misleading the company's founders. The goal of creation of this one-day firm will be established during the investigation,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova told news agency PenzaNews on Tuesday, April 1.

According to her, there are versions of tax evasion and engaging in any illegal activity.

“Maximum penalty provided for the offense is imprisonment for a term of up to three years. The investigation of this criminal case is under the supervision of the prosecutor of Pervomaysky district of Penza,” the agency interlocutor commented.
